How to Access the Engage tab?
Step 1: Click on the Sales channels and select Mobile App Builder - Shop2app
Step 2: Then, under the Mobile App Builder, navigate to the "Engage" Tab
How to Compose Messages for Your Customers?
Notifications are a very powerful engagement tool that have an incredibly high read rate
Step 1: Enter the Title and the Subtitle
(Please note that currently the Subtitle feature is available for iOS users )
Step 2: Now Compose your message
Step 3: Upload the Image or Enter the Image URL
Step 4: Select the Aspect Ratio
Step 5: Select the Action type (Action you want your customers to perform)

Step 6: Schedule the Delivery time
When should this message start sending?
- Immediately: You can choose to send the message immediately
- Specific Time: You can schedule the message for a particular time in the format dd/mm/yy
You can view your scheduled messages here
Step 7: Review and Send
Configure Push Notifications
You can configure Push Notifications on the Scheduled Message tab
Please note that this features will not work until the app has been published.
Step 1: To configure, click on "Configure", and it will redirect you to the Integrations Tab
Step 2: Then navigate to the Marketing and Push Notifications section and select the suitable app integration, for example, Klaviyo
Step 3: Configure and turn on the Integration
