How to Access the Engage tab?

Step 1: Click on the Sales channels and select Mobile App Builder - Shop2app

Step 2: Under the Mobile App Builder, navigate to the "Engage" Tab

Configure Push Notifications

Step 1: Click on "Configure", it will redirect you to the Integrations Tab

Step 2: Then navigate to the Marketing and Push Notifications section and select the suitable app integration, for example, Klaviyo, etc

Step 3: Configure and turn on the Integration

How to Compose Messages for Your Customers?

Notifications are a very powerful engagement tool that have an incredibly high read rate

Step 1: Go to Compose Message Tab

Step 2: Enter the Title and the Subtitle

Step 3: Compose the Message

Step 4: Upload the Image or enter the Image URL

Step 5: Select the Aspect Ratio

Step 6: Select the Action type

Step 7: Schedule the Delivery time

When should this message start sending?

• Immediately: You can choose to send the message immediately

• Specific Time: You can schedule the message for a particular time in the format dd/mm/yy
