Integrating Okendo with Your Mobile App!

1.How to get the User ID for Okendo.

Step 1: On your Shopify dashboard, head to the Apps section.

Step 2: Now on the search bar, select “Okendo” and you will be redirected to the home page.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the Okendo App Store.

Step 4: Now install the Okendo app.

Step 5: Select the Installation type.

Step 6: Configure the colors you want to use, scroll down, save the step, and move on to the next.

Step 7: On the Widget Install instructions, click on Continue.

Step 8: Import past reviews if you have any (Upload your reviews using a CSV file).

Please note that you can also choose to skip this step.

Step 9: You can enable “Auto Publish” or choose to skip this step as best suited.

Step 10: Click on Open Okendo Platform, and you will be redirected to a new tab.

Step 11: Under Settings, locate ‘Integrations’

Step 12: Click on the Pencil Icon you see in the top left corner

Step 13: Copy your ‘User ID’ to your clipboard, and you are done.

Step 1: Head over to the Integrations section on your Shop2App dashboard.

Step 2: You’ll find Okendo in the Product Reviews Section. Click on it. Select Okendo.

Step 3: Paste the User ID you copied from the Okendo dashboard.

Step 4: Turn on the Integration. Now you’re done.
